Małe naprawy powłok lakierniczych |

Przy wykonywaniu napraw renowacyjnych powłok lakierniczych nie zawsze konieczne jest lakierowanie całych elementów. Czasami możliwe jest wykonanie drobniejszych napraw metodą natryskową, tzw. Smart.
Takie małe naprawy zajmują mniej czasu, zużycie materiału jest zdecydowanie mniejsze, ingerencja w powłokę lakierniczą jest mniej inwazyjna – generalnie same plusy ale musimy pamiętać także, że podczas takich małych napraw występują pewne ograniczenia, które mogą wpłynąć na końcowy efekt.

If so, we are happy to invite you to our Training Center located within company premises in Lubon (near Poznan).
There is at your disposal a professional instructors’ staff presenting broad practical experience. The Training Center includes a lecture-room, full-size spray booth, adjoining preparatory zone with a mixing machine for special acrylic and base lacquers and a cabinet for waterborne AquaLine lacquers.
Training schedule is varied and adapted individually to the participants. Usually a training lasts two days and comprise both theoretical and practical part.
Theoretical part includes visual presentation and watching training videos covering the following subjects:
- detailed description of PROFIX products;
- organizing a workplace, color theory, rules of mixing and matching colors, main functions and features of PROFIX software, ways of searching for formulas
Practical part begins on the second day in the spray booth and adjoining zone with mixing machine. Spacious spray booth enables carrying out the presentation of the broad range of PROFIX products and begins with putties and fillers, then follows acrylic and base lacquers and finishes with clearcoats and polishing compounds.
Each participant takes an active part in the training what makes it definitely much more vivid and interesting for both sides.
During the practical part our customers learn how to estimate a color accurately and properly and effects of their progress in achiving that skill can be immediately estimated – a color that they have prepared can be sprayed by them on a car body elements on the spot.
The Training Center let us establish the most effective relations with our customers and now it is hard to imagine company’s activity without that element. |
